The primary goal was to establish a cohesive and compelling brand identity for The Local News Network at Boston University. LNN functions as a central hub for education, connection, and opportunity within the New England journalism landscape. A key requirement was to position LNN as a community convener, a professional resource for editors, publishers, and journalists, rather than just a platform for student work.

The visual identity utilizes a modern color palette and dual-font system to balance digital innovation with journalistic credibility. The web strategy prioritizes collaboration through dedicated sections for partner events, industry insights, and professional training resources.
